With an ever growing mix of considered collections we now supply our FR Fabrics to over 40 countries Worldwide, offering the hospitality sector an unparalleled choice of furnishing fabrics, fulfilling all contract specifics, budgets and end-use - with stunning aesthetics and exceptional performance. Innovative stocked products: decorative blackouts, weaves, velvets, contemporary prints, voiles and faux leather that encompass all design styles in an expansive colour palette, for high quality curtains, durable upholstery, bedding and accessories. Products developed exclusively for the hospitality and interior design industries, including luxury hotels, cruise ships, restaurants, healthcare and educational facilities.

In 2022 in recognition of our excellence and continued growth in overseas trade we were honoured with a Queen's Award for Enterprise: International Trade for the second time, having previously being awarded it in 2017An outstanding achievement gained during exceptionally tough times and in such a demanding category where the very highest standards are required. 

Our FR Fabrics are tested and all meet the tough technical requirements of the contract market, so they can be specified with complete confidence, whilst still remaining cost effective. Selling to top interiors designers and contractors, our fabrics are specified in stunning Hotels around the World and our technical fabrics can be found in many demanding Heathcare settings.

We also offer Bancroft Bespoke - a professional Design, Colour & Print Service for your unique requirements. We can develop your ideas, produce a corporate look to showcase a brand or re-colour designs from any of our current collections. Whilst giving expert advise & guidance on selecting the perfect base fabric for your project.

At Bancroft we provide an unrivalled Customer Service, delivered by our highly skilled sales team, who combine their specialist knowledge and expertise with the ability to react quickly to your needs.

We may only be a small company but we know we still have our part to play in helping the environment, and stay fully committed to reducing the impact of our business on the planet. Our forward focus is to markedly reduce our waste, further reduce our energy consumption and cut our carbon emissions.

As the demand for eco-friendly fabric intensifies we are currently exploring all options for recycled & recyclable yarns and fabrics and will shortly be bringing to market sustainable collections that are both stunning and durable with full traceability of their recycled content and GRS (Global Recycle Standard) compliance.

Providing top quality hardworking fabrics that endure has always been and will remain our aim, allowing our products to stay in situ for longer, consequently kinder to the planet.

Its just the beginning of our journey but we have already made some small but noticeable changes that have set us on our way.

-  We now recycle the majority of our waste and donate surplus material to a local social enterprise helping the environment by reusing waste materials as resources for art and play.

 -  Our brand new state of the art warehouse ensures a smoother more energy efficient work flow.

 -  Minimising travel, remote working and using the services of local business’s all help to lower environmental impact.

 -  Reviewing our customer offer and making it more user-friendly has drastically reduced our pattern book consumption and saved many discontinued collections heading to landfill.

Closer relationships with our suppliers ensures that they hold the same principles as ourselves, that they make responsible choices and use best working practices.

Our suppliers manufacture our products under strict REACH regulations making them all REACH Compliant. REACH - Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals, regulates and restricts the production of chemicals substances that may have a negative impact on human health and the environment.

Bancroft products also meet Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX meaning no harmful chemical substances have been used in their manufacture. OEKO-TEX provides a Confidence in Textiles.
